Cleansing Diet

Before you start cleansing you should be ready to change your diet. You need to be conscious about the things you swallow. Eliminate the greater portion of the heavy fatty foods from your diet and stop having soft drinks and other sugary foods. The ideal diet is raw fruits and sprouts; raw, steamed, cooked, or baked vegetables; raw nuts and seeds; cooked or backed chicken, turkey, fish, and lamb. This selection of foods will help the cleansing to work better.

You can increase the effectiveness of cleansing program by choosing not to consume foods that may hamper cleansing. I am providing you with a list that is not all-inclusive and is to be used only as a general guideline.

During the cleansing you should try not to drink any kinds of beer, sparkling wine, regular wine, cocktails, etc.

After you have altered your diet, you will notice that this change along will stir up your old toxins. This is where sickness is hiding. Disease is no mystery. It is something that is slowly builds up by toxic poisons in every organ and tissue of the body.
